UK delivery is free on all products using Royal Mail 48, DPD or My Hermes. Other paid options are available at checkout. 

Not Going To Be In?

If you are not in when Royal Mail arrive with your parcel, they should leave a 'something for you' card and you can log on and arrange a re-delivery or collect from your local Post Office with the reference number found on the card.

You can nominate a safe place or a neighbour to leave parcels.

MyHermes will attempt delivery three times. If you know your are not going to be in you can divert the parcel with your tracking number. https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/ 

Within the UK we use a range of delivery services.

Royal Mail Special delivery - delivered next working day before 1pm if ordered before 1pm the previous working day. If ordered on a Friday delivery will be on Monday.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 1 - 2 days delivery but occasionally can be longer. End to end tracking with predicted day and estimated time of delivery by sms and or/email. Online delivery confirmation with GPS map.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked - 3 - 5 days delivery but occasionally can be longer. End to end tracking with predicted day and estimated time of delivery by sms and or/email. Online delivery confirmation with GPS map 

Royal Mail 48 - 3 - 5 working days delivery and gives a tracking number but you can only see online delivery confirmation once the item has been delivered.

MyHermes - 2 -3 days and gives end to end tracking so you can see where your parcel is with a predicted day and estimated time of delivery by SMS and/or e-mail. Photograph on delivery. 

DPD  - Normally next working day except during very busy periods eg Christmas and very cold spells.    

Europe 
We use the Royal Mail's 'International tracked and signed' service to deliver most of our International orders but for larger items we use Parcelforce or DPD. Delivery is 3 - 5 working days approximately but because of the pandemic delivery has taken longer. 

Import duty and tax may be payable on goods. This is the customers responsibility to pay.

Delivery Detail

We try to dispatch goods on the day of ordering if the order is received before 12 noon. This is on working days.

On Saturday the order has to be received before 9am.

  

The delivery times stated are an indication only.
If the delivery terms are exceeded, then you are not entitled to any damages. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date, and if the delay turns into an unreasonable amount of time that you are expected to wait for your order, then we will offer you the option to cancel and have a refund.
