Damaged or faulty
All items are inspected before posting out. If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty you must inform us by e-mail or telephone first and then return within 10 days of receiving them. We will refund the full amount plus postal charges incurred. We will provide you with a Freepost address to return your goods. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully.
If you want to exchange for a different size please let us know within 10 days of receiving the goods and we will check we have the required size.

Please note, postage must be pre-paid and you must ensure you have adequate insurance cover as Cool Sheepskin cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive the returned item we will send the replacement out free of charge.
Unhappy with the product
If you are unhappy with the product, inform us by e-mail or telephone first, and then return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully.
