Damaged or faulty

All items are inspected before posting out.  If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty  you must inform us by e-mail or telephone first and then return within 10 days of receiving them. We will refund the full amount plus postal charges incurred. We will provide you with a Freepost address to return your goods. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully.

Exchange

If you want to exchange for a different size please let us know within 10 days of receiving the goods and we will check we have the required size.  
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully. If you had slippers with a white sole then they must not be marked. Take care when trying these slippers on. 

If you received slippers that were in a cardboard postal box then they must be returned in the postal box or a suitable box to protect the actual box the slippers are in.
Please note you must pay to return your items and you must ensure you have adequate insurance cover as Cool Sheepskin cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive the returned item we will send the replacement out free of charge. 

Unsuitable For You?

If the product is unsuitable then please inform us by e-mail or telephone first, and then return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully. If you had slippers with a white sole then they must not be marked. Christmas Refunds/Exchanges

All orders (except coats, jackets and gilets) made in November and December will have the extended returns period allowing you to return/exchange until the end of January 2021. There will be a return/exchange form in with your order for you to fill in and return with your goods.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable) and be in an unused condition. 

If you had slippers with a white sole then they must not be marked. Take care when trying these slippers on. 

A soon as we receive your return we will let you know and inform you if the required size/colour is available, if you want to exchange. If you want a refund then we will let you know when we put it though. This refund will go back to the card that made the original payment.

There is free postage out on all items. If you have paid extra to get the item to you quicker, ie first class, signed for, special delivery, then the extra you paid will not be refunded.

Let us know what you are returning by e-mailing us at enquiries@coolsheepskin.co.uk to explain what the problem is giving the order number so we can trace your order.

If you want to exchange for a different size then check the website first to see if we have the product then let us know and if still available then we will hold it for you. 

A lot of the Shepherd of Sweden slippers are out of stock and wont be available until later in January and some until March 2021.
