Christmas 2024 Return Date

All goods bought between the 15th November 2024 and 24th December 2024 have an extended return date of the 15th January 2025. This means if you want to return your goods bought between these dates then you have until 15th January 2025 to do so. The normal rules apply when returning goods which is they must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with tags attached. Slippers that have a white sole must not be marked so please take care when trying them on. These slippers are the Lina and Henrik. 

If your goods arrived in a box then they must be returned in the original box and then placed in a postal box to protect the brands box.

To return large rugs, sheepskin coats and gilets, please contact us as these are returned to different address.

For all goods except large rugs and sheepskin coats and gilets, please return using the free returns service by following this link to the Royal Mail return service. You will be guided through the easy returns process. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Please fill in and return the form that will be with the goods as well.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully. If you have slippers with a white sole, they must be returned unmarked. Take care when trying these slippers on.

If you received slippers that were in a cardboard postal box then they must be returned in the postal box or a suitable box to protect the actual box the slippers are in.

Shipping is free when you order over £75 but if you return all the goods then £3.85 will be deducted from your refund for postage. If you return some of the goods but the value you keep is still over £75 then you will get a full refund. If you return some of the goods and the value that you keep is less than £75 then £3.85 will be deducted from your refund for postage.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All items are inspected before posting out. If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty, you must inform us by e-mail or telephone first. You must return then within 14 days of receiving them.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully. If the goods came in a postal box then please return in that box also.

Exchange

All goods except coats, gilet and large rugs, please re-order online the size you want and send the item you have back for a refund using the free Royal Mail returns linkPlease send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Unsuitable For You?

If the product is unsuitable then please return the goods within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packed carefully. If you had slippers with a white sole then they must not be marked. Take care when trying these slippers on.

For return of coats, gilets and large house rugs please contact us about these. They need to be returned to a different address. The return of coats and gilets will need to be paid for by the buyer. I can arrange return with EVRi and then deduct that cost from your refund. 

For the return of large rugs, contact us by e-mail for return cost, this is normally with DPD.
